If a substitution is necessary, it will be carefully selected to ensure your gift is just as thoughtful and special as you intended.
We offer a variety of packaging options depending on the item, including magnetic closure boxes, clear top boxes, and baskets. Orders ship FedEx or UPS Ground within the continental U.S. and arrive in 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 12:00pm CST generally ship same day; after that, the next business day. Need it faster? Email team@thebasketry.com for 2-Day or Next Day options.
Prefer to skip shipping? Choose in-store pickup at checkout — available at The Basketry or one of our sister Phina stores. Ready within 1–2 business days.
Local hand delivery is available in New Orleans and the surrounding river parishes. Same-day hand delivery is generally available for orders placed before 10:00am CST, Mon–Fri.
Need hand delivery outside that range — including Baton Rouge, the Northshore, and nearby areas? It's available upon request: email team@thebasketry.com in advance to arrange it. A delivery fee applies, and same-day delivery typically isn't available for these areas.

Do you offer bulk orders shipping to multiple addresses?
Yes! If you'd like to order multiples of the same basket or box shipping to different locations, please reach out through our BULK ORDER FORM rather than placing multiple standard orders. We'll follow up to confirm details and timing.
How long do gourmet food items last?
All of our gourmet food items are shelf stable and are best enjoyed within 3 months of receiving your gift — call us with questions about a specific item.
