Shipping policy

Orders ship FedEx or UPS Ground within the continental U.S. and arrive in 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 12:00pm CST generally ship same day; after that, the next business day. Need it faster? Email team@thebasketry.com for 2-Day or Next Day options.

Prefer to skip shipping? Choose in-store pickup at checkout — available at The Basketry or one of our sister Phina stores. Ready within 1–2 business days.

Local hand delivery is available in New Orleans and the surrounding river parishes. Same-day hand delivery is generally guaranteed for orders placed before 10:00am CST, Mon–Fri.

Need hand delivery outside that range — including Baton Rouge, the Northshore, and nearby areas? It's available upon request: email team@thebasketry.com in advance to arrange it. A delivery fee applies, and same-day delivery typically isn't available for these areas.
