Flirty ruffles along the collar and button placket add a playful touch that makes every outfit instantly more festive. Structured shoulders and tailored long sleeves give the Candy Cane Ruffle Blouse a polished silhouette with plenty of personality. Pair it with plaid, velvet, or your favorite party pants for a look that’s merry, bright, and impossible to miss.

The ruffle trim adds just the right amount of twirl-worthy drama while keeping the look polished and playful. It’s the perfect statement blouse for cookie swaps, festive dinners, and every sparkling celebration in between.
