These are made from 100% FDA approved food grade silicone, FREE of BPA, PVC, Phthalates, Cadmium or Lead. These are dishwasher safe (top rack), or just hand wash. Please discard at signs of breakage or wear.
Orders ship FedEx or UPS Ground and arrive in 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 12:00pm CST generally ship same day; after that, the next business day. Need it faster? Email team@thebasketry.com for 2-Day or Next Day options.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase. Email team@thebasketry.com with your order number to request one — items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags. Once approved, you'll have 5 days to ship the item back to us.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges aren't refundable.
Final sale (no returns): items discounted 30% or more, perishable items, custom/personalized orders, and seasonal items within 14 days of the holiday.
