Our team works hard to come up with gifts that fit within any budget, and we are happy to find ways to reduce the cost however we can to suite your needs. It's important that you feel you are getting a gift of value, as well as an experience that will leave you satisfied. 

We do our best to accommodate all orders, however we do rely on our vendors to make the magic happen. It typically takes about a week to get all of the product in for an order, and from there 1-2 business days to get the gifts created and shipped out. The quicker the decision making process, the quicker we can begin working on your gifts!

Our 1-on-1 gifting expert will send you a sample image of the gift prior to putting the project into production. If you would like a physical sample of the gift, we can send one and include it on the final invoice for the entire project.  

Absolutely, our shipping team is more than happy to use your account. We do charge a small handling fee to cover our shipping materials dependent on the size of the gifts being shipped. 

Themed events are our favorite, as it presents our team with the unique opportunity to come up with a gift curated to your specific event. We can included your branding elements within the gifts and make it as custom as you would like!
