Celebrate your team on March 3rd for National Employee Appreciation Day
Your team is your rock and there's no doubt you wouldn't be where you are today without them and those that came before them. At least that's how I feel as founder and CEO of The Basketry. After 27 years of amazing team members, I am truly grateful for all they have to bring to the table. Especially in our creative store, each team member that brings something new and creative to the store is truly a valuable asset to keep.
Let me give you a few fun ideas and gift ideas to do for your team.
1. Treat them to lunch! If you can't leave the office to go to lunch, have the lunch come to you. Get it catered or take the time to cook for them. Giving them a break to eat with co-workers and relax for a longer than normal lunch break is a great idea.
2. Celebrate with drinks after work. Hit the local restaurants for happy hour or take it to a roof top bar overlooking the city.
3. Bring a cake to work and spread the sweet love! Cupcakes or any fun desserts also work.
