Spicy Hot Red Wine Jelly

If you love a little sweet heat, this is it. Red wine sweetness followed by red pepper zing. When my mother-in-law made this for us several years ago, I ate almost an entire jar in one sitting with cream cheese and crackers. Since then we have used it as a meatloaf glaze, a steak marinade and much, much more.
